A group of parishioners organises a bazaar and collection of donations for Ukrainians affected by the war. The bazaar will be held on the next Sunday 27th of March from 11am to 5pm in the parish hall.

You can donate pastry and other items in good condition for sale during the bazaar. You can donate items needed by refugees for example: blankets and thermal blankets, sleeping bags, mattress pads, mattresses, clothes (new or used in good condition), personal hygiene products, disinfectants, food with a long shelf life, matches, batteries, charged power banks, torches, candles, first aid kits.  Items for the bazaar or for transport can be delivered to the parish during the week. The money collected will be donated to the Community of Jerusalem Sisters in Warsaw.

Caritas Finland’s Lenten Collection supports the livelihoods and food security of nomadic women in the province of Turkana, Kenya. The region is one of the poorest in Kenya and the threat of famine is constantly present. We can donate via Caritas web page (caritas.fi), directly to Caritas bank account or to the donation box in the church.
