We celebrate the Eucharist according  to the summer schedule until August 15:

• On weekdays, normally only the evening Mass at 6:00 PM is celebrated
  • Mon, Wed, Fri – in Finnish
  • Tue and Thu – Mass in English
• There will be no 10:00 AM Mass on Saturday
• There will be no Sunday children’s Mass

On weekdays, Lauds (Morning Prayer) is prayed at 7:30 AM in English.

The introductory course to Lay Dehonians begins on August 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM for all those interested in the spirituality of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. It will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month until May. The English course will be online and on site in Turku.  More information is available at scj.fi. This Wednesday there will be an ecumenical outing for young adults to Mustasaari together with the young adults of Töölö Lutheran Parish at 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The youth will meet at the Taivallahti pier at 5:30 PM. Registrations and any food restrictions/allergy information should be directed to birgitta.hamalainen@evl.fi. The program includes Taizé prayer, grilling, swimming, and sauna, among other things.

7. We aim to hold parish coffee after the main Mass during the summer as well. At least June 14, June 28, and July 5 are being arranged. If you would like to take a coffee-serving turn this summer, please sign up on the list on the noticeboard.

St. Mary’s Parish youth summer camp will be held Wed 3 – Sun 7 June 2026 at Leirikartano in Sastamala (by Lake Houhajärvi). The camp is for young people aged 14–19. The programme includes games, outdoor activities, campfire evenings, teaching, prayer and Mass — a wonderful opportunity to meet other young Catholics and grow in faith!
