In Helsinki and the Uusimaa district, the epidemic situation has calmed down and assembly restrictions will be relaxed next Tuesday (15.6). From then on, up to 70 people can attend the Holy Mass in our church, following the hygiene regulations. The use of a face mask is mandatory.

There will be an Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with prayers in English on the next Saturday, 19.6, from 3.30 pm till 5 pm as the continuation of the Bible Conference “Encounter with Jesus”.

On the next Sunday, 20.6, there will be Mass in Finnish at 10 am, Mass partially in Finnish and Vietnamese at 11.30, Mass in English at 1 pm and 6 pm, Mass in German at 2.30 pm and Mass in Polish at 4 pm.

The chaplain of St. Mary’s parish, Fr. Jigger Ganados SCJ has tested positive for corona virus on Thursday 3rd of June 2021. Fr. Ganados and Fr. Rafal Czernia SCJ have entered isolation. Let us pray for them. We thank Fr. Ryszard and Fr. Stanislaw and other priests who continue the pastoral work in our church during this difficult time.

We will celebrate the solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on Friday, 11th of June. It is the most important feast for our congregation. We pray for priests, brothers, seminarians, lay Dehonians and for new vocations to our congregation. There will be Mass in Finnish at 6 pm.

The memorial of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated on Saturday, 12th of June. There will be Mass in Finnish at 9.30 am.

On Sunday, 13th of June, there will be Mass in Finnish at 10 am, Mass in English at 1 pm and 6 pm, Mass in Tagalog at 2.30 pm and Mass in Polish at 4 pm.

The walking pilgrimage to Köyliö has been cancelled. The Mass however will be celebrated there on the 20th of June at 1 pm.

The feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated on Monday 31.5. There will be Mass in Finnish at 8 am and 6 pm.

There will be no morning Masses in our church from the beginning of June till August.

There will be an adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on the First Friday of the month (4.6) which will begin after the evening Mass and will last till midnight.

There will be Mass in Finnish on the next Saturday 5.6 at 9.30 am.

The commemoration of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Mother of Church will be celebrated on Monday 24th of May.

The feast of Our Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal high priest will be celebrated on Thursday, 27th of May.

The Holy Mass in Hyvinkää scheduled on the 29th of May has been cancelled

Welcome to the pilgrimage to Köyliö – a place of the martyrdom of St. Henry. Walking pilgrimage begins on the 18th of June. The Mass will be celebrated there on the 20th of June at 1 pm.

There will be a commemoration of blessed Hemming on the next Saturday, 22.5. Blessed Hemming was a bishop of Turku in the 14th century.

There will be an Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament with prayers in English on the next Saturday, 22.5, from 3.30 pm till 5 pm as the continuation of the Bible Conference “Encounter with Jesus”.

We invite children from 5 to 8 years old to a Sunday school in Finnish. The meeting will take place on the next Sunday, 23.5 at 10 am in the parish hall. There will be the Holy Mass in Finnish for children at 11.30 am.
