Those who will visit a graveyard and pray for the faithful departed from the 1st until the 8th of November can receive a plenary indulgence for the departed under the general conditions. In order to obtain it, the faithful must, in addition to being in the state of grace: have the interior disposition of complete detachment from sin, even venial sin; have sacramentally confessed their sins; receive the Holy Eucharist; pray for the intentions of the Pope.

We celebrate today (20.10) the world mission day. We pray for missionary work of the Church and we have a collection for the missions.

There will be a one day Bible conference on the next Saturday, 28.9 at 9.30 am. The event consists of charismatic prayer and teaching about the Bible. There will be also Holy Mass and adoration. Details on the information board.
Confirmation classes start on the next Saturday at 10.00 am in the parish hall.
A workshop for Lectors (Readers) will be arranged at Saint Henry’s Cathedral Parish on the 28th of September from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. All interested are welcome.
