It is very important, that every Catholic will attend the sacrament of confession before Easter.
During the Lent we can help poor people through the Caritas Finland. The Lenten Collection 2026 supports those in need in Finland. Caritas helps migrants, the lonely and low-income families. Your donation enables camp support for children and youth, Christmas gift cards, and personal guidance and counselling. You can donate via Caritas website www.caritas.fi, directly to Caritas’ bank account or to the donation box in the church.
Morning Mass on Mondays and Tuesdays at 7.30 will be held in English.
There will be a Catechism class for adults on Tuesday 17.3. after the evening Mass in the parish hall.
The solemnity of St. Joseph, the spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, will be celebrated on Thursday 19.3. There will be Mass in English at 7.30 am and Mass in Finnish at 6 pm.
The praesidium of the Legion of Mary gathers every Thursday after the evening Mass in the parish hall.
The charismatic prayer group will gather on Friday 20.3. after the Stations of Cross in the parish hall.
We pray the Stations of the Cross in English on Sundays at 5.30 pm.
There will be a retreat in Hungarian on Saturday at 12.30.
There will be a Sunday school in Finnish for 5-8 years old children on Sunday 22.3. at 10 am in the parish hall.
We invite couples planning to get married to join our marriage course. This course is an essential part of wedding preparation and begins on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, at 6:45 pm in the parish hall. It consists of seven meetings and will be held in both Finnish and English.
