The open doors event and concert were a great success. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all who helped prepare and carry out these events.

Jigger Ganados SCJ, who has served in our parish 12 years will move to St. Brigid and Bl. Hemming parish in Turku. We wish him abundant God’s blessing in the new parish.

The Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary is on Tuesday, September 8. There will be Mass in English at 7.30 am and Mass in English at 6 pm.

The parish council will gather on Wednesday 9.9.

A family club for parents and children aged 0-5 will meets at St Mary’s parish hall on Thursdays from 10 to 12 o’clock. For more information, see the notice board.

The praesidium of the Legion of Mary gathers every Thursday in the parish hall after the evening Mass.

The charismatic prayer group gathers on Fridays after the evening Mass in the parish hall.

The First Communion class in Finnish begins on Saturday 12.9. at 10 am in the church and the Confirmation class in Finnish at 3 pm in the parish hall.

The First Communion and Confirmation class in English begin on the 26.9. at 10.00.

A Sunday school in Finnish for 5 till 8 years old children will take place on Sunday 13.9. at 10 am in the parish hall.
