The month of May is traditionally dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. We encourage all faithful to pray the Rosary and the Loreton Litany especially together with the family.

We will celebrate the Ascension of the Lord feast on Thursday 18th of May. All Catholics are obliged to attend the Holy Mass on Thursday. There is Mass in Finnish at 10 am, Mass in English at 6 pm and Mass in Vietnamese at 7.30 pm.

There will be no morning prayer nor Mass on Friday 19.5.

There will be Mass in Hyvinkää, in the Old church on Saturday 20.5 at 4 pm.

The First communion feast for children will be celebrated on Sunday 21.5 at 10 am.

There will be Mass in German on Sunday 21st of May. There will be no Mass in Polish on that Sunday.

Welcome to the pilgrimage to Köyliö – a place of the martyrdom of St. Henry. Walking pilgrimage starts on the 16th of June. The Mass will be celebrated there on the 18th of June at 1 pm. More information on the bulletin board.

There will be a half-day charismatic Bible Conference in English in continuation of the program “Encounter with Jesus” on Saturday, 27th of May from 12.30 till 17.00. There will be a catechesis in Finnish for children on Sunday 14.5 at 10 am in the parish hall. The Mass for children in Finnish will begin at 11.30 am.

A polish choir from Goteborg, Sweden will perform religious and national songs on Sunday 14.5 at 3 pm in our church.

We invite all young people from 13 till 19 years old to a meeting on Saturday 6.5. The meeting will begin with the Holy Mass at 6 pm in the church and will continue in the parish hall.

The Mass in Espoo, in Olari chapel will be celebrated on the 28th of May.

Young people from the Missionary Families of Christ will organize a bazaar on the Sunday 7.5 in the parish hall.

The feast of St. Mark, the evangelist will be celebrated on Tuesday 25.4 and the feast of St. Catherine of Siena on Saturday 29.4.

There will be a Novena to Our Mother of Perpetual Help in English on Wednesday after the evening Mass. It is possible to bring own prayer requests that will be read during the Novena. The prayer requests can be dropped into a box at the statue of the Virgin Mary.

Young people who will attend the World Youth Day in Portugal will organize a bazaar on Sunday 30.4 in the parish hall. They offer bakery and lottery. They hope to receive some support for the expenses of their trip.

The plenary indulgence is granted (under the usual conditions of a sacramental confession, Eucharistic communion and a prayer for the intentions of the Supreme Pontiff) to the faithful who, on Divine Mercy Sunday, in a spirit that is completely detached from the affection for a sin, even a venial sin, recite the Our Father and the Creed, and also adding a devout prayer (e.g. Merciful Jesus, I trust in you!).

The fundraising for the poor during the Lent brought nearly 1600 Euros and the collection on the Palm Sunday 1460 Euros. Many thanks for your donations.

We invite children to a Sunday school in Finnish. The meeting will take place on the Sunday 23.4 at 10 am in the parish hall.

There will be an adoration of the Blessed Sacrament exclusively for praying for all Catholic priests in Finland on Saturday 22nd of April form 3.30 till 5 pm.
